Green Careers Week 2024 takes place from 4th to 9th November. These ready to use resources featuring Oxfordshire businesses include films and lesson plans that you can use in the classroom.

'No Limits' employability support in Cherwell

Our ‘No Limits’ inclusive employability support programme, which aims to remove barriers to getting into or returning to work, education or training, is now available to Cherwell residents. It is funded until March 2025 by Cherwell District Council through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF).

South Oxfordshire and Vale of White Horse District Councils have partnered with OxLEP Skills, Abingdon & Witney College and education charity SOFEA to upskill local residents and businesses.

OxLEP has been successful in securing funding to deliver a new ‘Skills Bootcamps’ programme in Oxfordshire, which aims to support residents in the county aged 19+ to acquire new skills and a pathway to employment.
